Terms and conditions

Last updated 16 September 2026. By using gemanstore.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with the delivery, returns and refunds, warranty and privacy pages, which form part of them.

Who can order

You need to be 18 or over, or ordering with the permission of a parent or guardian, and able to receive the order at a delivery address in Pakistan.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away and change the password.

Products and prices

We describe every product as accurately as we can, and the photographs show the product itself, though colours can look slightly different on different screens. Prices are in Pakistani rupees, and delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order.

If a price or a description on the site turns out to be wrong, we tell you before the order is sent out, and you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel with nothing to pay.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it with you, by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if the details cannot be confirmed, or if the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, the full amount is refunded.

You can cancel an order for free at any point before it is handed to the courier.

Paying

Cash on delivery: pay the rider when the order arrives. Refusing a cash on delivery order without a reason more than once may mean we ask for payment in advance next time.

Bank transfer: the order is sent once the payment has reached our account.

Coupons

One coupon per order. A coupon has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and applies only while it is active and its conditions are met. We may withdraw a coupon that is being misused.

Reviews and messages

Reviews must be about your own experience of the product, and must not be abusive, misleading or advertising. We check reviews before they appear and may decline or remove one that breaks these rules.

Our content

The GEMAN name, logo, product photographs and the text on this site belong to GEMAN. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.

Liability

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the law of Pakistan. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, severe weather or courier disruption.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We would always rather settle a problem by talking to you first; if that fails, the courts of Rawalpindi have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order is the one that applies to that order.
